HP Spectre x360 16 finally gives us a webcam and display worthy of a premium 2-in-1

HP on Tuesday announced its latest premium two-in-one, the HP Spectre x360 16 — and it’s starting to look like the days of the 15.6-inch laptop display are numbered. The 16-inch two-in-one can be configured with up to a 3,072×1,920-pixel resolution OLED display with a 16:10 ratio. The display also covers a 100% sRGB color gamut and will ship calibrated, which should help it appeal to creators and creatives.

HP Pavilion All-in-One, HP All-in-One have big screens but small price tags

HP announced the HP Pavilion All-in-One Desktop PC and HP All-in-One Desktop PC today. Both All-in-One PCs will be available in October 2021. The HP Pavilion All-in-One Desktop PC starts at $799, and the HP All-in-One Desktop PC starts at $749.

The HP Pavilion All-in-One Desktop PC features a 5 MP pop-up privacy webcam. It has options for either FHD or QHD displays. Inside, the All-in-One runs on an AMD Ryzen 5000 series processor.

The HP All-in-One Desktop PC runs on either an AMD Ryzen 5000 series or Intel processor.

There are several models of each of the All-in-One PCs, though full details aren’t available at this time. Both devices will have 24-inch and 27-inch models. Below are the details that HP shared in its announcement.

Motorola Edge 20 Pro India launch teased

Motorola hasn’t revealed the Edge 20 Pro’s India launch date yet, but we expect it to arrive in India on October 1, which is when the company’s also expected to launch the Moto Tab 8 in the country and unveil a new smart TV.

The Edge 20 Pro is powered by the Snapdragon 870 SoC, runs Android 11, and comes with up to 12GB RAM and up to 256GB storage. Although it’s unclear what configuration(s) the smartphone will be sold in India.

The Edge 20 Pro is built around a 6.7″ FullHD+ 144Hz OLED screen with a punch hole in the center for the 32MP selfie camera. The camera island on the back houses a 108MP primary camera joined by an 8MP periscope telephoto and 16MP ultrawide units.

The smartphone also features a side-mounted fingerprint reader and ships with a 4,500 mAh battery that draws power through a USB-C port at up to 30W. You can read our Motorola Edge 20 Pro review to learn more about it.

Realme Narzo 50A detailed in new teasers, Narzo 50i leaks in renders

Narzo 50A is confirmed to bring a Helio G85 chipset alongside a 6,000 mAh battery, and a triple camera setup with a 50MP primary shooter. The large battery cell will do 18W charging speeds. Rumors also point to a 6.5-inch HD+ display and an 8MP selfie cam.

Narzo 50i is expected to be a more budget-friendly offering with a single rear camera. The device is shown in its Light Green colorway though we should see at least a few other options at launch. Speculations on the 50i’s specs point to an entry-level MediaTek chipset, an HD+ screen and Android 11 on the software side.

Last week we exclusively reported that the iQOO Z5, which will be unveiled on September 23 in China, will debut in India by the end of this month with a sub-INR30,000 ($410/€350) price tag. iQOO now confirmed the launch bit as the company announced that it will introduce the Z5 in India on September 27 at noon local time.

iQOO’s Indian branch also shared an invite, giving us a glimpse of the Z5’s design. Its rear panel is painted with a blue-ish color and houses a 64MP triple camera setup, with its right-side frame featuring a volume rocker and power button, which will likely double up as a fingerprint reader.

Ahead of the holiday shopping season, Roku has refreshed its streaming stick lineup with two new 4K enabled additions: the Roku Streaming Stick 4K and Streaming Stick 4K+. At a starting price of $50, the latest streaming sticks deliver a feature-packed experience, including Dolby Vision HDR support, faster performance, improved Wi-Fi performance, and more. The company is also updating the Walmart-exclusive Roku Ultra LT and released a new software version — Roku 10.5 — that brings new voice control features, among other enhancements.

It’s been nearly three years since the Amazon Kindle Paperwhite (2018) launched, which is quite a long time in the tech world, but fans of flashy new gadgets will be pleased to hear there’s a new Kindle Paperwhite for 2021 that Amazon has unveiled.

This new mid-range e-reader was launched alongside a Kids Edition and Signature Edition model, the former being a reading gadget designed for children, and the latter being a slightly more premium version of the Paperwhite.

Intel Core i9-12900K crushes AMD’s best in new leaked benchmarks

One of the best things about the CPU war between Intel and AMD is how it’s encouraging both companies to really up their games, and a new benchmark leak for Intel’s upcoming Core i9-12900K 12th generation Alder Lake processer suggests Team Blue could be on to a winner.

The benchmarks, which were posted on Twitter (see below) and reported by Toms Hardware, apparently show the Intel Core i9-12900K, paired with an Nvidia RTX 3080 graphics card, quite comprehensively beating the AMD Ryzen 9 5950X, AMD’s flagship consumer processor that will be the i9’s chief competitor, which is paired with an AMD Radeon RX 5700XT GPU.
